Kristy has over 10 years experience in business and accounting services, bookkeeping recording and financial reporting. Kristy has a hand on approach in working with small business owners and their staff to manage the day to day recording of business information. Her broad based business and communication skills allow her to facilitate change within business that better manage financial affairs and provide growth and accounting strategies that support the needs of the business. Throughout her career she has had experience working in both public and private companies, professionals, partnerships, family trusts and sole traders. Kristy holds a number of business degrees including a Commerce degree with a double major in Applied Finance & Commercial Law and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting. She is a member of the National Institute of Accountants (NIA).
Nikki also has over 10 years accounting and bookkeeping experience in companies and businesses of all sizes. She undertakes continuous reviews and training of latest technologies that impact on business success and applies this to help clients streamline and improve their business operations. She has a strong marketing focus and can assist clients in developing marketing strategies that identify customer needs and improve sales activities. Prior to establishing KVH Bookkeeping Nikki was employed by a major stock broking firm as a Senior Broking representative where she gained extensive experience in financial planning which she now applies to assist in the management of the financial growth and needs of business. Nikki has a Commerce degree majoring in Marketing & Management with a minor is Business Law and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services.
